A Study of Successfully Adapting Video-Based Tactics Training
Introduction
This study sought to successfully adapt the method of video-based tactics training.
Methods
The study used a mixed-methods approach with both qualitative and quantitative data collection methods.
The quantitative data were collected through a survey of tennis coaches (n = 100) and players (n = 200).
The qualitative data were collected through interviews with tennis coaches (n = 10) and players (n = 10).
Results
The results of the study showed that video-based tactics training was effective in improving the performance of tennis players.
