Jordan's Highland Park Estate Gets Record Price

After sitting vacant for two years, the former Chicago home of NBA legend Michael Jordan has sold for $29 million, according to the Chicago Tribune.

The custom-built red-brick mansion sits on 2.86 landscaped acres in the exclusive Chicago suburb of Highland Park. Jordan built the mega-mansion in the early 1990s after leading the Chicago Bulls to their first NBA championship. He raised his three children in the home while cementing his status as the greatest basketball player of all time.

The estate has a total of nine bedrooms and 19 bathrooms. The main house has 56,000 square feet of space filled with extravagant amenities. The luxurious amenities include a regulation-size indoor basketball court, a putting green, a tennis court, a full-size baseball diamond, a gym, a locker room, a wine cellar, a game room, and a home theater.
